The Chief of Staff, Manuel Adorni, is meeting in his office at the Casa Rosada with the main libertarian strategists who will lead the legislative campaign to approve the Labor Reform. According to the Argentine News Agency (NA), the first to arrive at Balcarce 50 was the coordinating minister, who resumed in-person activities after taking up his responsibilities remotely during the first days of the month. He was followed by the Minister of the Interior, Diego Santilli, and subsequently, the head of the La Libertad Avanza bloc, Patricia Bullrich. Also participating is the lawmaker Eduardo “Lule” Menem. This is the first meeting of the year, held without the Chief of Cabinet, Karina Milei, with the aim of aligning the strategy that the legislative spearheads will employ to secure another victory following the passing of the 2026 Budget and the Tax Innocence Law. In addition to the reform, the Law on Glaciers and the reform of the Criminal Code, which could be postponed to the ordinary session of the National Congress starting March 1st, remain pending. This morning, officials and legislative spearheads must resolve some debates on the project, as one faction was open to introducing changes while the other resisted, and also manage their relationship with provincial governors who question certain points of the tax section and demand compensation. The last to arrive were the presidential advisor, Santiago Caputo, and the Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo. The full list of attendees also includes the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Martín Menem, and the Secretary of Strategic Affairs of the Chief of Staff's Office, Ignacio Devitt.
